People Partner, Talent Development

We are pleased to be working with an online tech organisation to recruit a People Partner within Talent Management. This opportunity becomes available due to expected growth over the next 12 months.

Our client understands that People are the heart of their organisation. To continue with their growth and company DNA they are investing in talent to join the organisation and drive the company values and develop existing staff and recruit new.

Talent strategy will be a key part of this role and will require a self motivated and self disciplined individual.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders across the organisation on a global scale.

Your responsibilities

Focus on learning and development strategies, creating new and developing existing

Company advocate for their cultures and values and drive this across the organisation, working with team managers and senior leadership teams

Provide guidance around all HR related topics, including recruitment, employee relations, career progression, talent management and health & well being

Are you the right candidate?

You will need to have worked within a technology led organisation and focus has been within talent management

Provide evidence of working closely with stakeholders to drive change and influence

Working towards CIPD qualification or equivalent
