Recruiter (Frankfurt)

We are working with a Global Management Consultancy to recruit a Talent Consultant into their team in Frankfurt, Germany!

This is a technical Recruiter role and will require previously experience recruiting into Professional services.

The purpose of the role is to manage end to end business requirements of talent, understanding requirements, sourcing and managing the process until the successful candidate has on boarded.

Talent mapping

Identify Talent

Map talent proactively even before a requirement is raised

Consider the talent in the market and internally

Understand the business well

Have a talent pool ready to suggest replacements when the requirement comes up

Sourcing

Post the job requirements on job portals

Source talent through LinkedIn, Monster.com and Naukri.com

Send Talent Marketplace mailers internally to the respective band

Interviews

Provide advice and guidance on recruitment requirements

Coordinate the interviews

Manage the interview process and make sure everything is in place
