Global Rewards Lead – Europe

My client, a fantastic scale up, hotel software business is looking for someone to join their HR team to head up their Rewards policies. As they are a scale up business, this will be, initially, a standalone role – so you will have experience in a similar start/scale up environment. With a six-month interim just finished, you will take over and own this part of the business! If this sounds exciting and in line with your experience, read on!

Role Overview

This critical role of Global Rewards Lead provides professional assistance to the whole business. You will be reporting into the HR Director and be the knowledge on all thing’s rewards, compensation, and benefits! You will be excited about building an AMAZING rewards system for them. You will be confident setting up strategies and be the go-to person for everything benefits! We trust you and your experience to transition into this role and give us the best policies possible!

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the whole benefits and compensation program across our locations – Croatia, Belgium, German, Paris, Amsterdam, Australia, Prague, and London!
• Partner with Senior Stakeholders to agree on all compensation strategies.
• Design and execute global compensation and benefit policies ensuring they are competitive.
• Work with our People Teams to understand the compensation needs and statutory requirements within the different countries where we operate.
• Strong analytic skills to report findings and make decisions accordingly

Previous experience

• At least six years in a reward, benefits and/or compensation role.
• Exposure to benefits in different global locations (including the ones explained above.)
• Strong stakeholder experience in a scale/start up environment.
