HR Advisor

My client, who is a successful advertising agency, are looking for a HR advisor to join their team. You will joining an exciting team of four people (they’re great!) and you will be assisting with everything HR Advisory related. You’ll have the support of a HR co-coordinator and HR assistant and you will report into the HR manager.

Your responsibilities

To just name a few – you know what a HR Advisor does…

• Build good working relationships with all line managers in order to better understand their needs and provide appropriate HR related support.
• Advise and guide managers to a resolution of difficult, complex or sensitive employee relations issues, ensuring that the risks associated with such cases are effectively managed.
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures and employment law.
• Support the people team with any new strategies to implement.

Previous experience

In short, you’ll be a successful HR Advisor and want to be part of a creative environment.

• Previous experience advising and supporting managers on a range of employee relations.
• Proven and confident stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD level 5 or above is preferred.
• Have a passion for people and proven experience to support this!
