HR Manager

As we know there are many organisations that have thrived pre and post pandemic! Our client is one of those clients who have not only survived but have started their journey to scale out the organisation with all employees working remotely across the globe.

With approx 200 employees worldwide they are looking to hire a HR Manage to join their leadership team. This position will continue to shape the companies success and play a pivotal part of their continued growth. You will be responsible for all HR functions across the globe.

This is a position that requires implementation of policies of procedures, you will be joining the business that has gone through excelled expansion and will have to implement strategy and processes. This will be a challenging role, that will require clear consise direction by the invidiual.

You will have experience working within a global role and have the ability to infuence at board level. Management of key stakeholders will be a key success for this position, You will deliver across different projects including Talent Management, Talent Development and recruitment.
