Are you currently working in agency recruitment? Are you looking for your first internal recruitment position, moving away from sales and keen to deliver on service. Do you have experience recruiting for technical positions?

We are pleased to be working with a global investment and business consultancy to expand their Internal Recruitment team here in London and recruit a Technical Recruiter.

This position will help scale to the next level. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop creative strategies to find leading tech and product talent .With a focus on creating an inviting and engaging candidate experience, the Technical Recruiter will generate and efficiently manage the candidate pipeline across experience levels and geographies.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Full life-cycle recruitment: Lead strategic efforts for critical roles across levels, functions, and global offices from talent attraction to on boarding
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with the Technical Senior Leadership team, apply critical thought to the design and development of recruiting processes and strategies
  • Strategic Partnership: Lead competitive analysis and compensation bench marking exercises to ensure proper and competitive positioning in emerging geographies
  • Agency engagement: Effectively evaluate potential third party partnerships, build highly effective working relationships with external partners to support the hiring process
  • Proactive sourcing: Execute on tactical research, referrals and sourcing campaigns to find and engage both active and passive candidates through proactive initiatives
  • Candidate management: Screen candidate applications, manage candidate communication
  • Candidate experience: Effectively educate candidates on our clients business and available opportunities

To be considered for this position you will need;

  • Proven academic excellence (evidenced by Bachelor’s or higher degree)
  • 2-4 years in corporate recruitment, headhunting or executive search
  • Interest in building and scaling effective processes to obtain greatest business impact
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business functions by asking the right questions and listening
  • Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate stakeholder needs
  • Demonstrated interest in leadership, mentoring, coaching
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
