Lead People Partner

We are working with a Global fin-tech company they are looking for their next energetic and versatile Lead People Partner!

You will join the people team to help motivate, lead and aspire within the business. The business is expanding fast and no sign of slowing down. You will have a proactive approach to your work. You will be managing a team of four, you will lead and mentor your colleagues and report to the Head of People.

You’ll be the go-to person for managers and teams across the business, offering guidance and taking the position of coach to produce the best work. You will be responsible for the entire life cycle, with an emphasis on recruitment and human resources.

As part of your position it is imperative that you are immersed in its culture and are passionate about the aspirations of the business both internally and externally.

What they’re looking for:

• 5 years’ experience as a peoples professional;
• Experienced project manager within Talent & People;
• Personable colleague with a passion to motivate those around them;
• Experience with implementing a talent program from recruitment to talent management with ambitious expectations;
• Help manage ATS and other HR systems;
• Experience with working in a fast-paced environment, adjusting and prioritising effectively;
• Responsible for your own output. Striving for excellence for yourself, the team and the company.

What they’re offering:

• Salary between £65,000 – £75,000
