People Director

Our client a large technology organisation are recruiting a HR Director to join their leadership team. The position will report to the CEO and will focus on change transformation over the next 12 months.

This is a Global organisation but focus for this particular position will be European.

Our client has recently gone through a digital transformation which was kick started pre COVID and there are now in a position to execute their long term strategy post COVID.

Are you the right candidate?

You will lead and understand the strategy and work closely with the CTO and other divisions

You will be a natural self-starter, motivated by acquisition numbers

Have a natural analytical mindset that will know how to engage all levels of stakeholders

Who you are?

• You’ll have at least 10 years experience working within either Technology or Telecoms – Preferably within consumer retail
• Strong experience of stakeholder management
• Highly analytic
• CIPD qualified or equivalent
• Be a strong influence to senior leadership
