Our client is hiring a People Director on an initial 9 Month FTC. This role is being offered Part Time, 3 days per week.
The company is set to experience substantial growth over the next 12 months and the HR strategy has been set, we are looking for an experienced People Director to execute this strategy.
Since the beginning of 2020 our client has been on a tremendous journey and has been one of the fortunate industries to thrive in the pandemic.
You will be responsible for the People & Talent team, be responsible for not only the talent strategy but also the development and growth strategy. This role will involve working very closely with the Senior Leadership teams including board members. Well being and engagement has been a spotlight across all most every industry and this client in particular leads from the front and the People Director will continue to be an advocate of this. Monthly and Quarterly MI will need to be collated and presented along with continuous evaluation of processes and procedures.
To be successful in this position you will need to be CIPD qualified or equivalent, it is of the most importance you have worked within a start up / scale up organisation and have on the ground experience at a strategic level. Strong employment law knowledge with a commercial approach is essential.
