We are pleased to present to our network a People Director position working for a SaaS organisation. This is a newly created role and will be responsible for the EMEA function in the business.
Approx 350 staff worldwide, 60 staff in the UK – Set to expand to 100 in the coming months! Our client has experienced un predicated growth in the past 6 months, reaching their hiring target in the first two quarters of the year already!
This role will report to the Chief People Officer and be an integral role to help with growth and learning & development.
Responsible for the People function worldwide with a focus on EMEA
You will have worked within a Start up environment and being able to show growth in the journey of your previous organisations. This is not a contract position, our client is looking for someone who will be stay and be part of the journey and see the company through to the next levels over the coming years.
Although this is strategic role it will involve hands on operational work. You will want to design, deliver and executive the culture strategy and help managers to grow and nurture their teams, working closely with the Global TA function.
Learning & Development will be at the forefront of your mind and career, you will have excellent design and delivery skills, experience in D & I and want to be heavily involved in development strategy.
Salary offered £90-£100K
