Responsibilities will include;
- Pro-actively work with managers on all HR related topis
- Help develop, upskill and retain staff
- Assi with onboarding of new hires – End to End Employee life cycle
- Maintain personnel files using HRIS
- Drive culture and incentices across the business
- Work closely with the leadership team
- Manage the full life cycle of recruitment
- Build strong relationships with managers to ensure you have a full understanding of the requirement
- Create a positive candidate journey
- Lead key recruitment projects
To be successful for this position you will need;
- 3+ years of experience in an People/HR role with responsibility for the full cycle recruitment
- Passionate about recruitment and able to build strong relationships with various people in the business
- Demonstrable experience with working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workable) and with a HRIS
- Able to handle sensitive information, discrete with a high standard of integrity
- Experience with working in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
