Are you supporting a TA or high performance recruiting team? Or perhaps a heavy diary schedule for C-Suite?
We are working exclusively with our client to hire additional support. You will be responsible for the scheduling of interviews, presentations and paperwork. You will support line managers to use the ATS system. You will need to have experience working within a fast paced recruiting role, scheduling 50 + interviews per week.
A high level of attention to detail is required, work well under pressure and at pace.
This is not a position for the faint hearted.
You will be scheduling 30/50 interviews per week across a number of time zones.
Excellent communication skills is essential, both written and verbal.
There will be a task required for the interview process and interviews will be scheduled next week. Please ensure you have availability and would be able to join within a month at the latest.
