If you’re reading this, you’re interested in joining a FANTASTIC financial business in their HR team supporting the Recruitment function. You will already have a successful background in recruitment and be a fantastic team player! This is a perfect position for someone who wants to move into a supporting internal role with an exciting business! Maybe you are in an agency position and wanting to step away from the proactive side. You will be supporting the HR Business Partner with all Recruitment processes. Read on for some more info on your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and strategising plans and budgets
• Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Some sourcing potential candidates through existing channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks etc.)
• Ensuring our job descriptions and interview questions are fit for purpose
• Attending events to gain traction of the recruitment needs
• Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Own and deliver the candidate experience from application to onboarding

You will need to be:

• A great team-player who enjoys working with others to achieve exceptional team results
• Someone with excellent interpersonal skills along with fantastic communication internally and externally
• Someone who works successfully towards targets and hitting them!
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Generalist Recruiter
• Familiarity with social media, resume/ CV databases and professional networks
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Excellent stakeholder management and confident dealing with people on different levels – Partner and beyond
