I’m currently recruiting an Internal Recruiter position! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Recruitment / Talent background who wants to step away from agency side and to focus on Internal Recruitment. You will have a background either in Recruitment or Talent. This role will provide excellent career progression along with great bonuses!

The role

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager supporting the team on recruitment of a variety of exciting roles including HR, finance, marketing, sales, maintenance engineers, property managers to name a few. You will be sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews with the hiring managers. This role is perfect for someone in a recruitment background who wants to step away from agency side and have more responsibility in house!

About the Client

My client is a Property Service company! They have exciting commercial projects in and around London managing land and commercial properties. They have 500 people across the business, UK wide projects and fantastic office space in Marble Arch (you can work hybrid of course!).

Responsibilities

• You will be part of the Talent Team recruiting variety of roles across the business.
• Sourcing Talent, phone screening and conducting interviews.
• Develop trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders

Who are we looking for?

• Someone with a background in HR, Talent, or Recruitment with 3+ years’ experience.
• Great written and verbal communication skills with a range of candidates.
• Experience working in a recruitment business with exposure of recruitment processes.
