Talent Acquisition Manager – Non Tech

Greater London Permanent £55000.00 - £65000.00 per annum

I love recruiting for a Brand that I love! I’m looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join this exciting brand!

Working in a team of 5 – reporting to Head of Talent you will be responsible for hiring the best talent across Marketing, Sales, HR and Finance.

Current headcount of 150 – on course to increase by a further 100 hires in the next 12 months!

70% of your role will be delivery and 30% project work – Including a careers page, D & I initiatives and lots more!

You will also benefit from using Greenhouse ATS!! (A household favourite of mine)

You don’t need to have experience in the beauty and fashion industry but I’m looking for someone passionate about it, someone who can create the excitement and increase the client brand! You will need to have internal TA experience with excellent stakeholder management.

Salary up to between £55,000 – £65,000

1 day in the office, rest from home!
