Talent Acquisition Manager – Non Tech

This client is looking for an experienced Talent Manager or Recruiter, to join an innovative company. If you enjoy working within a team that values your presence, allows ownership of the hiring process and provides valuable feedback straight away then this role is a perfect fit. Alongside a team you will be working around proactive managers and reporting to the Head of People continuing the expansion journey for clients.

Required skills and experience;

• Supporting and leading a team;
• Project management;
• Experience with a growing company;
• Maintaining quality and pace while working with multiple roles;
• Hiring process experience with small to mid-sized clients;
• Excellent understanding of management software;
• Legal recruitment experience;

Key responsibilities;

• Taking a lead position on projects including employer branding and continually seek to improve the brand image;
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process form screening to offers and beyond.
• Identifying and approaching candidates through direct searches;
• Writing and placing advertisements;
• Identifying the most suitable method of hiring for a role; bearing in mind that the focus of recruitment is bringing in the best person for the role and utilising job boards, advertising and social media amongst others to do so;
• Pace the growth process to deliver quality talent while steadily expanding the company.
