Talent Partner

Are you an experience Talent Partner? Perhaps looking to move into the SaaS industry?!

I’m currently working with a client who is currently on the scale out journey! They anticipate to double headcount in the next 12 months and in order to do this and achieve it, they need to scale their Talent team.

This is a 360 Talent position, working in a team of 4 reporting to the Talent Director.

You will be responsible for the commercial / go to market area of the business – EXCITING!!!

To be considered for this position you DON’T need SaaS experience, but you MUST be a headhunter, A go Getter, A linked In expert! You will have the drive and passion to hunt those difficult candidates, you must deliver a first class candidate experience, represent the company by hiring by their values!!!

Salary on offer is £60-£65 depending on experience

Remote opportunity, with travel to London once a month – maybe once a quarter!
