They are looking for a Tech Recruiting professional to help grow and develop their team within a unique work culture. You will work on interesting problems such as building a globally distributed team of research and tech talents, creating and promoting their employer branding, and building partnerships with research institutions.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting across specialised technical roles such as:
– Inference Researchers to design Bayesian inference algorithms
– Optimization Researchers to specify optimisation problems and develop algorithms
– Software Developers (Julia) to develop the core components of our system
- Find innovative and creative ways to source specialized talent outside of conventional recruiting channels.
- Develop and increase visibility of PlantingSpace’s employer brand within relevant domains through online promotion, sponsorships, conference participation, networking and collaborating with academia, etc.
- Be proactive in shaping and further developing the culture of the team; participate in development of trainings and knowledge exchanges for the tech team.
