Technical Recruiter

This innovative client is working on developing ground-breaking technology at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence, whilst simultaneously defining new, unconventional organisational structures and Ways of Work to help us to achieve our ambitious goal.

They are looking for a Tech Recruiting professional to help grow and develop their team within a unique work culture. You will work on interesting problems such as building a globally distributed team of research and tech talents, creating and promoting their employer branding, and building partnerships with research institutions.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting across specialised technical roles such as:

• Find innovative and creative ways to source specialized talent outside of conventional recruiting channels.
• Develop and increase visibility of PlantingSpace’s employer brand within relevant domains through online promotion, sponsorships, conference participation, networking and collaborating with academia, etc.
• Be proactive in shaping and further developing the culture of the team; participate in development of trainings and knowledge exchanges for the tech team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years as recruiter for technical roles in ambitious software development and research environments
• Track record recruiting researchers and software engineers in the field of AI or Knowledge Representation
• Played a strategic and hands-on role in developing employer brand and recruiting channels
• Worked in remote and globally distributed teams
• Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques
• Has a proven interest in new/progressive ways of work
