We are pleased to be working exclusively with our client to hire Talent Managers to join their established Global Talent team, with already over 100 roles to be recruited within the business for 2021. To help execute the hiring strategy we looking to hire a Senior Talent Manager – Technology focus

This is quite possibly one of the most important roles to any organisation, you are responsible for attracting the top talent, taking numerous roles across Europe to the market and helping to expand the company DNA ensuring the company culture is not jeopardised. You need to understand the company values and be passionate about them and confident to deliver these values to attract the right talent!

You will need to have the ability to position the organisation in the right way to the market, sometimes competing against top fin-tech brands.

The key success with this role is understanding the technology world, building a network – Understanding the terminology when a line manager requires support with Engineering & IT vacancies.

Due to the current growth plans you will need to of had experience within a similar growth period, for example high volume between 60/70 roles within a 12 month period.

You will need to have a high level of communication skills, negotiation ability and closing confidence.

Understanding of employment law across US & EU

You have worked within a scale up organisation and have substantially impacted the growth strategy

You will need to have exceptional knowledge of roles within Engineering & IT. Development Ops, Java and Terraform should all be terms you fully understand and have the ability and confidence to go out to market and source, attract and engage with candidates with this skillset.
