I’m looking for an experienced TA Partner who is looking for their start up challenge! Working closely with founders in FINTECH organisation.
Series C Funding – Currently 15 People and will double in size by the end of the year
This is their first in house recruiter position – Reporting to Head of People
You will have the opportunity to implement an ATS system, create an interview process, up skill managers to interview and deliver a world class on boarding process.
The role will involve various projects around D & I and Employer branding, with the opportunity to hire internationally
You will need to have worked within an in house TA position – industry is open but an understanding of Commercial and technical roles is essential.
