We are pleased to be working with our client within the Property Industry to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager. Our client has excelled over the past 5 years and is set to continue with their growth and double their headcount in the next 12 months.
This is a full time position reporting to the HR & International Recruitment Manager. Currently at a headcount of 600, you will business partner across the organisation to assist with critical hires, project manage D & I and be responsible for the companies employer branding. The role will involve management of the companies PSL – building relationships with external agencies, including internal & external advertising.
We are looking for someone who has worked within Property or Facilities before, who is hands on in their recruiting approach whilst passionate about projects. You will also need to have experience running MI reports and be able to present this information to senior management.
You will be required to work in the office 3 days per week. The office is located by London Bridge. The company offers core hours, between 10-4.30pm – Therefore if you would like to start at 8am and finish at 4.30pm this is acceptable, alternatively you can start at 10am and finish at 6.30pm.
