Ad Ops & Analytics Specialist

Greater London Contract £250.00 - £300.00 per day

Salt’s client, a leader within the Automotive industry is on the hunt for a talented and driven Ad Ops & Analytics Specialist to lead in the quantitative and qualitative Marketing Insights and Analysis across all Marketing Channels, tying the activity back to offline performance factors that impact the clients trading conditions.

You will be responsible for tracking & measurement, dashboard development, performance analysis and insights, and data-driven testing. Working closely with Paid Media, CRM, SEO, CRO and UX/UI channel specialists to deliver the best results for the business, you will drive value by leveraging customer insights, a thorough understanding of a conversion journey, channel roles, and technological capabilities.

Key Role Requirements:

  • Manage a full funnel customer journey tracking operations, effectively connecting customer journey across all channels – online & offline
  • Oversee day-to-day Google Tag Manager set up and troubleshooting
  • Manage day-to-day Analytics set-up and reporting & lead Analytics partner relationships
  • Hold responsibility for collating, validating and analysing Marketing data, translating this into actionable insights through various reporting and dashboarding tools
  • Support and maintain KPI measurement, in line with the business requirements
  • Support the Multi-Touch Attribution model updates through ongoing testing
  • Effectively collaborate with Paid Media, CRM, SEO, UX/UI, CRO channels

Key Skills:

  • Circa 4 years+ experience within a Marketing Analytics or Ad Ops role, with a proven ability to deliver actionable insights and recommendations, delivering performance improvements
  • Proven in-depth knowledge of the Digital Marketing ecosystem and customer conversion journey
  • Excellent understanding of media measurement, various attribution models & KPIs
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics or other Analytics Platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of e-commerce tracking set up and management
  • Excellent working knowledge of GTM management and set up
  • Ad Ops & Ad Server management, SPA tracking & measurement experience
  • DMP and/or CDP experience would be advantageous also
  • Thrive in a fast-changing environment and be comfortable working under pressure
