Company – Global electronics brand

This global consumer company are aiming to increase online sales across their consumer divisions through their 3rd party retailers such as Curry’s, Amazon etc. The UK team works closely with these retailers to improve customer experience and overall sales.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for measuring online performance with 3rd party retailers
• They will be expected to manage reporting on performance and to write and develop presentations and summaries to ensure the team is aware of issues and opportunities
• Key tasks will include maintaining up to date reporting across key retailers
• Analysing and identifying any issues and opportunities
• To analyse data from a range of analytics tools – SimilarWeb, BrandView and Flixmedia
• Understand current performance, including presence, views, search etc. across IM and CE product across key retailers
• Develop relationships with the European Office stakeholders and help to provide support on major launches and/or major strategic product opportunities

Skills required:

• From a similar online retail team with experience managing online performance
• Able to provide analytics support, both analysing data and making strategic recommendations to the online sales team
• Experience using SimilarWeb, BrandView and Flixmedia
