Location: Surbiton

Salary: Up to £34,000

My client is the worlds largest personalised travel experience specialist working with a portfolio of over 50 independent brands. Whether is safaris, sports tours, arctic expeditions or luxury holidays they aim to deliver the best experiences to their clients.

They are seeking a CRO Executive to join their adventure division, working with a team of passionate data analysts based in Surbiton. Reporting directly to the CRO Manager you will work on optimising multiple channels to increase online conversion and monitor customer behaviour t identify patturns and produce insight.

Some Responsibilities

• Use analytics, goals and regular funnel analysis to identify areas to improve online and help build out testing ideas.
• Gather results and insights, presenting clear outcomes to the CRO manager to influence the AB testing and development roadmap.
• Add AB, ABN & MVT test ideas into the AB testing roadmap for each brand.

Experience

• Experience weith data analysis, heat mapping and result driven decision making
• AB testing experience and with good understanding of UX and CRO.
  Experience in heat-mapping and recording & analysing customer journeys
• Experience in a B2C eCommerce environment
