Senior CRM Insight Analyst – Munich – €85,000

A Global Consumer Brand in Munich are are looking for a CRM Analyst to join their Data & Analytics function.

You will be responsible for analysing simple and complex test and control groups for different CRM and online campaigns, whilst working very closely with Campaign Managers and the BI team.

In terms of analytical capabilities, we are looking for someone with strong SQL skills who is interested in analysing marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end analytics – segmentation, analysis and reporting
• Analyse different CRM and online marketing campaigns – using SQL and Adobe Campaign
• Develop and implement new analytical and technical concepts for automated campaigns
• Work closely with the Campaign and BI team on analytical projects
• Ensure that all communication strategies are tested and optimised

Experience

• Previous experience analysing customer/ marketing data
• Experience using SQL
• Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
• Comfortable dealing with large volumes of data
• Ideally good German and English skills (some flexibility)
• Experience using a campaign management tool
