CRO Lead

As my client progresses through a time of incredible digital investment and transformation, I am looking for an established CRO specialist to come on board and lead the experimentation efforts of their fledging global consumer goods brand.

Working in close collaboration with teams across ecommerce, trading and development, the CRO Lead will consider themselves a true strategist; you will be responsible for the implementation of A/B, MVT and personalization testing across various markets, as well as numerous products and personas. You will possess a test and learn approach to your work, and think outside of the box.

You will be highly analytical, possess superior technical ability, and be able to deliver clear and concise reports to all levels of stakeholders with credibility and confidence.

B2B ecommerce experience is absolutely required to succeed in this role, as is demonstrable experience with A/B testing tools, and systems such as Adobe Target & Analytics, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
