This online retailer is going through an exciting time with strong YOY revenue and off the back of being recently acquired by a global leader in their space, they are investing heavily in digital in the quest to achieve ambitious growth plans.

The company is now searching for an experienced CRO Manager to join their marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing & managing the CRO strategy. This role will play a key role in driving business success.

What will the role entail?

• Designed & implemented A/B, MVT testing programs using web data and insights
• Create a CRO roadmap with a test and learn strategy
• Run user testing to drive insights on UX improvements
• Define & own web KPIs
• Work closely with tech teams to ensure tests are successfully implemented

What are the company searching for in a CRO Manager?

• 4 years plus CRO experience ideally for an eCommerce business
• Strong background in Web Analytics with hands-on experience of testing optimization platforms (VMO, Hotjar etc)
• Experience with qualitative research
• Strong communicator and team leader
