This is a leading luxury travel group whom sell experiences ranging from £4,000 – £120,000 through a drive in digital they are looking to hire someone to lead their CRO efforts, this is a space they have done little in so there will be a lot of quick wins and opportunity to build a team.

Main Responsibilities

• Ideate A/B test hypothesis in line with strategic goals to drive the testing roadmap.
• Analyse and initiate qualitative and quantitative insights to gather testing ideas and define priorities.
• Plan and execute all A/B tests on a portfolio of Website to increase the conversion funnel performance.
• Evaluate and document test performances and recommend follow-up measures.
• Continuously improve internal CRO workflows and processes related to the roadmap and backlog.

Your Profile

Basic Qualifications

• +3 years’ experience and proven track record of successfully executing and evaluating tests to optimize the online conversion funnel performance
• A good understanding of UX, usability and design.
• Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Adobe Target or VWO) and web analytics tool (e.g. Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
• Good communicator with various teams and strong team-player.
