As the CRO & Web Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance of the global digital strategy and roadmap to deliver engaging products.

This is a data-centric online financial services business this role will have the opportunity to utilise this data to identify areas for development and improvement driving a test and learn methodology. You will also be responsible for global digital traffic trends, insights and opportunities to maximise the profitability of advertising, conversion (websites and app forms) and retention activities.

Experience requirements

• Experience in managing UX, CRO, and web analytics.
• Knowledge of CRO techniques and technologies (A/B tests, MV tests, website personalisation, tag management platforms
• Experience implementing A/B tests, multivariate tests, site analytics, tagging,
• Experience designing high-converting UX with a proven track record of success
• Advanced technical understanding of web analytics and digital tracking methodologies
