You’ll join the CRM Analytics team of 5 in this brand new Senior Customer Insight Analyst role, working on deep dive exploratory analytical projects, for stakeholders in multiple teams.

Working under an experienced Analytics Leader, someone with a breadth of expertise across analytics, data visualisation and data science, you’ll also work very closely with their sizeable internal Data Science team (9 strong).

Technically you’ll have the freedom to employ a range of tools including Databricks (where you can chose the format of your code (either R, Phyton or SQL) in a Microsoft Azure environment – even working with Azure ML for any machine learning work you deem fit for the job.

Experience Required:

* Degree, or equivalent, in a numerate discipline e.g., Mathematics or Sciences

* Strong experience working in customer insight analytics using statistical techniques to understand customer behaviour, and uncover valuable insights,a s well as skills in building predictive models from scratch

* Strong SQL knowledge and experience, as well as exposure to either R or Python

* Excellent ability to storyboard and craft data-centric presentations

* Has strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate data into effective and influential insight

* Anility to use data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
