This company is a global award-winning retailer who has a vast amount of data with 70% of all transactions going through their loyalty card!

This newly formed position will sit in a team of 6 and will be responsible for the analysis of customer behavioural insights working with digital, customer and brand teams as well as being influential in creating a single customer view.

Experience requirements

• Experience providing analysis to drive business decisions
• Able to demonstrate how you have influenced and educated stakeholders
• Experience in analysis from CRM
• Proven track record of driving business change through data
• Knowledge of the retail industry is advantageous
• SAS ideally or similar advanced modelling software
• Advanced Excel including Macros / VBA
• SAP ideally or similar sales data platform
