Customer Insights Consultant

Salt is delighted to collaborate with this Exciting Diversity Focused Consultancy firm as the source for a talented, hands-on Customer Insights Consultant to join their team on an immediate starting contract role – initial 3 month contract with the intention to extend thereafter.

This is a key role hire where you will oversee responsibility for running projects from end-to-end; building reports from the grown up, setting up a research project to delivering these impactful reports and actionable insights to stakeholders with the key business objectives in mind throughout.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Effectively collaborate with business stakeholders with the focus on developing reporting solutions and drive insights for decision making
• Work closely with the Delivery team members with the development of new and innovative ways of delivering reporting insights with increased flexibility for recipients to drill into the data
• Support with building a Channel Insights project road map and designing insightful reports with advanced and actionable marketing advice
• Ability to work with clients to develop business cases used to determine overall profitability initiatives
• Ability to develop final financial plan, forecast, reporting and analysis for the client base
• Understanding of, and ability to interpret, monthly analyses of business trends and budget variance of financial results
• Work closely with clients to understand their strategic goals in order to translate into concrete research objectives
• Ability to identify Key Performance Indicators to be used in management reviews and strategic business analysis sessions with clients

Key Skills:

• Experienced in delivering consultative level approach to an end-to-end customer insights process generation
• Experienced using Salesforce and expert Excel skill set
• Ability to think outside the box and ask questions of the data collected, to effectively transform it into actionable insights for the business to grow
