Role: Customer Insights Manager
Location: Central London
Contract length: 6 months
Day rate: £300- £400 via LTD
Salt is looking for an Insights Manager to join the Customer Voices team of a well known travel company. Your role will be to support the Product and Product Marketing teams, working to identify actionable traveller insights across the customer journey.
Just like Tom Cruise, your mission is to collate and consolidate traveller feedback from a range of insight sources to provide the business with a centralised view of product priorities.
Your experience is of devising excellent insights, preferably for a company in the travel, hotel, air travel, etc, industry that has been used to improve, hone, sharpen, shape, and define the journey that your previous companies’ customers go through.
Raw data doesn’t scare you, you laugh in the face of those intimidated by customer feedback, and you are confident when filtering and categorising data to fit into a pre-defined consumer journey framework.
You can identify categories & trends before they are a thing (crocs will never be a fashionable, stop it), and advise internal teams on how best to prepare for them to ensure continuity.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
Export of raw data from online customer feedback sources
Filtering and categorisation of data into a pre-defined customer journey framework
Identification of emerging categories and trends
Develop a detailed understanding of the traveller booking and travel experience
Lead the delivery of monthly summary presentations
Deep diving into specific topics or themes to support business objectives
Monitoring the impact of new initiatives on the customer experience
Coaching the team Insights Analyst
Key Skills & Experience:
Experienced in using Googledocs, Powerpoint and Excel
Strong data interpretation and story telling skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent team worker
Experience in working in a global environment a plus
Someone with a passion for Travel and can identify with the planning and booking process our Travellers will go through
