Data and Insights Lead

My client, a global consumer giant, is on the hunt for a Data and Insights Lead to support the leadership and development of their CRM Database, AdTech/MarTech, Data Management Platform and enhance their ability to report and generate insights from their activity.

This company is focused on becoming data driven in their decisions, develop and enhance a 360° view of their owners and potential switchers, improve targeting capabilities, and advance capability to report and identify insights from campaigns.

This role will involve a remote-based start due to COVID-19 restrictions however the position is usually based in Surrey about 40minutes from London Waterloo.

This role will also have a strong focus on stakeholder management and communication, as you endeavour to get the best out of their agency partners for the benefit of hitting targets, having reports completed on time and as agreed, and to develop actionable insights.

Democratising marketing reporting and analytics; setting up automated reports, templates and self-serve data tools to enable channel leads across Digital, Media and CRM teams to appropriately measure and track activity.

Essential Hard Skills:

• Extensive Analytics Experience, working with both Adobe and Google solutions.
• Experience of using SQL and ETL platforms to make sense of large data sets
• Experience in working with Customer Database and Data Platforms, preferably within the Adobe marketing ecosystem
• Experience in using Data Visualisation Tools (i.e. Tableau)
• Experience in Tag Management and Implementation (GTM, DTM)
• An ability to work as part of a team, working on multiple projects for multiple partners at the same time
