Digital Analyst – Luxury Retail – £38,000

A luxury retailer based in Central London are looking for a Digital Analyst to join their Digital function. Reporting into the Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for delivering digital analytics across the business to a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

· Provide pre and post campaign analysis, informing the business which campaigns are most effective and areas of development for future campaigns

· Work on the Google Analytics platform to analyse a variety of data

· Support the Marketing and CRM team with analytics – through customer journey analytics

· Produce Digital dashboards

· Collect data from multiple sources

· Be the digital analytics champion across the business and implement best practice

Experience

· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

· Experience using Google Analytics

· High proficiency in Excel and other analytics tools

· Experience or understanding of SQL

· Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders

· Clear communication skills

· Good understanding of marketing analytics – SEO/PPC/Affiliates
