My client is one of the leading telecommunications giants currently changing their global operating model and ensuring they put Digital ‘First’. They are changing the way they do things by delivering a fundamentally improved customer experience with new technologies. This is a brand new role as a part of the plan for growth to bring in 4 Digital Analysts at this level.

The Role:

Working within the Digital Analytics team the purpose of this role is to deliver Analysis and Insight across the business to a wide range of stakeholders. Responsible for feeding into data layer specifications. This role is core in making the Analytics function run smoothly.

You will be working on the Adobe Analytics platform to provide a wide range of data and analysis to the wider team, collating data from multiple sources for use in reports, tactical packs and strategic insights. A/B testing is a must and you would need to be able to provide pre and post-A/B/n test analysis. There is a need for support in marketing analysis in regards to product KPIs, trading data through the use of customer journey analytics as well as supporting eCommerce to deliver trading insights. When needed, act as an advocate of analytics implementation process importance, communicate challenges and look for solutions that will empower the rest of the team.

Technical/ Professional qualifications:

  • Experience using Adobe Analytics or equivalent
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Qlik
  • Knowledge of forecasting techniques – Seasonal/Run rates
  • Knowledge of tag management systems
  • Experience in SQL and data warehousing
  • Clear communication skills across a variety of stakeholder levels
  • Knowledge of survey tools such as Medallia or Foresee
  • A core understanding of recording digital data.
  • Educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant subject; numerate, digital or marketing
