My client is one of the leading travel insurance providers in the UK with 6 core brands under its name and providing travel insurance to over 8 million customers. They generally work with consumers 50 + years of age but have now partnered with an agency to assist in the transformation of this organization into a digital-first insurance/Insure-tech company.
They have major plans for the future launching new apps to provide various products & services to all consumers of all ages and markets. They currently have one digital squad working across five of the company’s brands with plans to expand to 4 squads by the end of the year, this is an amazing opportunity for someone to join an organization undergoing a major digital transformation and scale-up with tremendous potential for growth.
This Digital Analyst role has been brought in to assist with a newly released subscription-based app that provides travel insurance to consumers. How it works is once you have subscribed to the app it creates a profile and policy that then uses geospatial data to analyze the consumer’s travel giving them the freedom to travel as they please knowing they are covered.
You would be heavily involved in analyzing the app and customer journeys, how they interact with the app, how many customer downloads, and when and where customers are travelling ultimately building out a clear view of what the customer base looks like. Road-mapping and creating a backlog on the app and where to go in the future is key as well as improving the UX and design of the app. Additionally, you would be involved in ensuring you develop new perks for the app ensuring that it’s impactful in the market with major plans to launch this globally.
