Salary: £35k – £40k plus 20% bonus & discounts

Location: WFH & 3 days in office – Buckinghamshire, 30 mins from Marylebone

Ideally they’d like this person in the office 3 days per week, as it’s key for the business to have sight and interaction with such an important player. You will interface with the Trading, CRM, Finance, IT and Marketing functions, supporting their decision making around how to future proof, grow and technically enable the business.

As a young retailer, this company are still very much on a growth trajectory (which is reflected in their Growth team, which has just expanded to include a Head of which reports into the Director). They are currently replatforming as a business, which comes in line with a shift in approach for the company whereby they are doing a lot more test and learn, ensuring they are optimizing the systems they have in place and working to build out a data and insights hub, which this role would align to. Currently you will report into the Digital Director, a lady with a very impressive background in retail having worked for the likes of NOTHS and Farfetch – the latter being HUGE testament to her quality of leadership as they only hire exceptional talent.

You will support her directly in shaping the future digital data strategy for the business, using digital insights to solve business problems, answer business questions as well as setting up the regular reporting the company needs. Some of this will be handed over to the Trading team (whom you will work very closely with) but you’ll still have strong input and responsibility for the day-to-day analytics around digital channel performance.

They also operate a very strong culture of support, training and development, with a number of the HR team having skills in Exec coaching; meaning you have access to 1-2-1 training on a variety of skills. They have experienced strong growth over the last year, and driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, senior leadership that are always open to ideas from every level of the business, and an agile way of working, you will find it’s easy to ‘get stuff done’. Naturally you will find the pace of any retailer here, but little red tape and bureaucracy. And with a strong digital customer, the breadth of their customer profiles expanding, physical store outreach growing and an unsaturated market, there is plenty of opportunity for this person and in turn, a team to support that growth.

The brand feel is high end high street retail and they have a key focus on building out their sustainability; because they operate at a higher cost price than most high street retailers, they are able to work with beautiful, quality fabrics and suppliers that have a good track record in sustainability.

Skills & Experience required:

· Educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant subject; numerate, digital or marketing

· Ecommerce experience is strongly preferred

· Strong Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics skills are essential for analysis and reporting

· Ideally experience with SQL and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlik

· Excellent oral and written communication skills are also required

· Ability to juggle multiple projects at any one time within a fast paced environment

· An entrepreneurial mindset; ability to see the bigger business picture and the long term impact of your work

· Comfortable operating independently, taking ownership of work and forging great relationships across a business
