Digital Analytics & CRO Lead

Salt is proud to partner once again with an Insurance Idustry Leader as they resource for a talented and analytically driven Digital Analytics & CRO Lead to join their team on an immediate starting, min 3 month contract position.

Acting as the main POC for the CRO capability for the wider internal team and external agencies, your will support in the management and further development of the personalisation and CRO strategy and roadmap, driving customer experience and business benefit for the range business units.

This role will involve a lot of cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management to aid in the alignment of data, targetting and reporting to benefit processes to maximise customer identification online and integrate offline and online data for Next-Bext-Actioning and decision making.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Aid in the performance and development of the Personalisation & CRO function, roadmap build, iteratation, reporting and evolving the customer experience objectives
  • Effectively utilising data and testing capability to maximise the significant opportunity to multiple business and customer objectives from the visitors to the site
  • Develop the personalisation and CRO capability for the brand homepag to support in the delivery of the most relevant content to users based on offline and online data
  • Working with analytics and CRO colleagues across to implement new, share and aligned analytics and CRO capability
  • Working closely with web tools and dev teams to help shape relevant tagging and spec any necessary web development changes to improve insight e.g. site data layer tagging
  • Creation of online reporting and insight using tools such as Adobe Analytics & Decibel
  • Measuring and improving our online customer identification
  • Providing insight into the effectiveness of online personalisation & optimisation tests
  • Championing Analytics & CRO best practice across the company, collaborating to ensure the customer is at the heart of what they do, across our business units
  • Working with the data team and CRO team members to start shaping the next-best-action roadmap and evolving it as their single-customer-view programme rolls out

Key Skills Required:

  • Digital analytics expertise, ideally using Adobe Analytics (or equivalent)

  • Experience using A/B testing and personalisation tools e.g. Adobe Target

  • Experience with tag management solutions like Adobe’s DTM & Google’s GTM

  • Familiarity with session recording using tools like Decibel, SessionCam or Hotjar

  • Experience and understanding with basic analytics tagging solutions
