The Digital Analytics Manager will set the strategic direction for the Analytics function using data available to provide insight to improve decision-making. This will suit a Senior Analyst who is looking for a step up and more ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of digital analysts which will embed insights in decision making to optimise customer experience
• Set strategic direction for Digital Analytics tools and vendors – GA, GTM, Content square
• Partner with BI, Tech, UX, Marketing & Commercial on website optimisation
• Lead reporting capabilities in Data Studio with a 360 view of the customer

Skills

• 4+ years in an analytics role ideally in an eCommerce business
• Experience conducting analysis and creating insights
• Advanced user of Google Analytics and Data Studio
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords is beneficial
