Digital Consumer Experience Coordinator – Global Beauty Brand

Salary: £35k plus 15% bonus AND 50% discount!!!

Location: Central London/wfh

Located in stunning central London offices, with facilities such as a hair salon and nail bar, you will be working amongst beauty products galore!

You will work directly with the Head of Consumer Experience in this brand new tea, tasked with improving the overall customer experience across a portfolio of well known beauty brands. This new UK set up will be leading the way globally, in terms of best practice and innovation. The team will design, optimise and implement consumer journey to ensure a seamless cross channel journey for customers.

The team will be fuelling the research, gathering data and conducting analysis, in order to take these ideas and tell a story. You will be mapping the consumer journey for different mindsets and customers, working to understand pain points and being confident in taking ideas for change to the right stakeholders. You have the opportunity to truly disrupt an age old industry, which has gone through massive amounts of change in recent years with the emergence of social media and the impact this has had on the way people shop for beauty products. So you’ll need to be obsessive about the industry, constantly researching consume trends leveraging this information to recruit new consumers and create disruptive digital experiences.

You will be the voice of the consumer for this global company, what an opportunity!

There will be ongoing test and learn measurement of success, so a proactive, keen eye for improvement is key.

Key skills and experience required:

· Educated to degree level in a relevant, ideally numerate, subject

· Proven experience in consumer marketing, digital, online or omnichannel marketing

· Skilled in storytelling with data, bring to life insights and making recommendations

· Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, working with various stakeholders

· Understanding of digital, online & omnichannel functionality to partner with other experts

· Strong presentation and communication skills

· Experience with Google Analytics, as well as data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker and ideally supported with skills in SQL (latter not essential though)

· An understanding of UX and technical product requirements is ideal
