About the role
The Digital Growth Hacker is responsible for ensuring the business strategy being translated into a digital reality, through the lens of performance marketing. The role will support brand teams in implementation of measurement strategies, producing meaningful marketing KPI and delivering frequent, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with brand engagement teams & local markets to maximise efficiencies with data driven marketing models and support desired outcomes.

Responsibilities
* Align technology solutions to optimize digital marketing goals & campaigns
* Perform in-depth reporting analysis for all our digital marketing campaigns and communicate actionable recommendations to the management team that are in line with our digital marketing goals and KPIs
* Develop and maintain a digital dashboard for all reporting metrics across department: marketing, executives, operations.
* Develop best-in-class digital channel attribution, data insights and reporting to provide marketing and customer insights
* Drive revenue growth by optimizing: A/B testing, Analytics, and a relentless focus on customer behavior/needs to help develop high performance digital marketing campaigns
* Work collaboratively with content marketing and operation departments to maximize efficiencies and support desired outcomes.
* Analyse, test, update and improve marketing funnels based on ROAS and LTV
* Collaborate with key marketing stakeholders (Analytics, Marketing, Product, and Operations) to identify new approaches & user segments

Skills and Experience
* The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
* 3+ years experience as a Marketing Technologist or Growth Hacker or Data Scientist
* Experience with Sitecore, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Kiss Metrics is a definite plus
* Ability to think both tactically and strategically moving through both fluidly
* Strong written and oral communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
* In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics and Kiss Metrics)
* Ability to analyze campaign data, metrics and financials, making data-driven analytical recommendations for optimization
