Digital Implementation Analyst

Greater London Contract / 3-6 Months + £300.00 - £400.00 per day

Salt is proud to partner once again with one of Britain’s most well-known leisure company’s on an exciting, long-running contract position. The team are looking for a top-class Digital Implementation Analyst to join their team on an immediate starting role, 3-6 month initial contract which also has opportunity for permanency if keen! 1 day in-house working required and the remaining 4 remote based.

In this role, you will be working directly alongside product managers and developers on a new migration project, hitting the ground running and making an impact from day one. You will be hands-on, diving into the project, supporting on tag implementation and migration. Sitting within a team of 10, you’ll be working alongside experienced professionals at a company passionate about its values and focused on building strong internal relationships and teamwork at its core. It’s a really exciting their team with a huge internal drive and investment put into Digital Transformation.

Key Role Requirements:

  • Work with Product and Dev teams to collect, refine and prioritise data capture/tagging requirements
  • Responsible for the technical implementation of tracking – working with Product and Dev teams to collect, refine and prioritise data capture/tagging requirements
  • Exercise appropriate governance to ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulation i.e. GDPR
  • Be a key stakeholder in the current re-platforming project, driving tracking and implementation, including the ecommerce data layer
  • Monitor data quality across Marketing and Product analytics platforms and manage data fixes when appropriate
  • Create and maintain analytics implementation and data lineage documentation
  • Own the deployment of the tracking solutions, from requirements gathering through to technical delivery and ongoing maintenance, selecting the appropriate solution from our best-in-class toolset to ensure detailed analysis of customer behaviour can be conducted
  • Work closely with Analytics Manager and Merchandising team on the forecasting and tracking of campaign calendars

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience in a similar analytics role, ideally within retail, travel or ecommerce – 3-5 years
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Studio & BigQuery
  • Strong teamworker with the ability to build and maintain internal relationships
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to deliver analytics solutions that enable data driven decision making
