Salary: £50K – £60K + Benefits and 30 Days off a year

We have partnered with one of the leading customer experience agencies in the UK that is on the search for an Optimisation Consultant to join in on the team to get involved on projects with leading brands in multiple industries. You would be surrounded by a mix of some of the top talent and creative thinkers that embrace the best of research, strategy, design, and analysis to find answers and solutions to our client’s toughest challenges. The mission is to evolve and transform clients’ businesses and reputations through Customer Experience. You will work very closely with both clients and teams to deliver successful optimization initiatives and strategies.

This is a client-facing role where you would be required to lead out and provide weekly status updates, strategy sessions, and insights that will ultimately inform future optimisation activities. You would need to be experienced in gathering the data, conducting analysis and developing a hypothesis into clear briefs for designers and solution engineers to use.

You would need to take initiative and own this role being the primary point of contact daily for clients. Leading weekly status updates and strategy sessions. Informing future optimization activities by providing insights and ideas. You would need to be able to collaborate with clients and multiple teams to deliver on projects. Ideally, an individual that is data-driven and naturally curios with the desire for self-development.

Requirements:

· At least four years experience in an analytical role with at least 1-year agency side

· Degree or proven qualification in a quantitative discipline

· You need to take initiative and be able to work independently or as a team

· Experience in optimisation, implementation, and A/B testing (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)

· Experience with PowerBI, QlikView, SQL, Excel, Tableau, BigQuery

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proven project and stakeholder relationship management skills
