The business is currently trialing a hot desking model, whereby they have hot desks across one floor, with food facilities on another and their call center staff on another. Most people are expected to do 1-2 days a week, but it’s at your discretion and depends on the availability of desks.

Company

The hiring manager, who has worked for some of the UK’s most forward thinking digital brands (a selling point in himself!) described the business as the place he sees himself long term now, because the culture is so FUN, friendly, family orientated, digitally driven and the growth right now is fast paced and ambitious.

Additionally, having just sold its majority share to a private equity goliath there will be continued investment into digital and in turn data, with ambitious plans to double the headcount over the next 18 months!

As mentioned, you will be working with an industry leading digital analytics expert whose background speaks for itself – he has experience across multiple industry sectors and a broad background in implementation, insights and digital campaign analytics. You will be joining a small, yet influential team, owning one particular product stream, and as a team support a wide range of Product Managers across 3 websites and 3 apps…so lots to do!

Additionally, some excellent groundwork has been laid from an implementation perspective over the last 2 years, completely overhauling the apps and websites, and ripping out all the existing data sets to replace them with ones that work! So, everything is coherent and fit for purpose, meaning you guys can really kick on and focus on adding value through insights delivery.

Finally, you will ultimately be working under one of the marketing industry’s most respected and renowned leaders, a Chief Digital Officer with accolades and experience spanning nearly 30 years, working for some of the biggest brands in digital and data. So your senior leadership is skilled in driving real change and digital transformation, something you will play an integral part of.

We are looking for someone to add value from day one. You should have a heavy weighting toward insights, with skills in dashboarding, story telling and bringing data to life in order to constantly improve customer experience and engagement across websites and apps, as well as commercial performance of both. Being a small team, you will also need to conduct and deliver ad hoc research projects to support your insights and explore opportunities and behaviors further, but this also provides HUGE opportunity for ownership, growth and development as they team will no doubt expand. So, we’re looking for someone with confidence, strong stakeholder management skills and a curiosity to get on and identify improvements to customer journey and engagement wherever they can through analysis.

Skills and experience required:

· Educated to degree level, ideally in a numerate subject

· Experience of engaging and influencing stakeholders, ideally in a product-led organisation

· Strong skills in delivering actionable insights around customer behaviour, engagement and interaction across websites and apps

· Experience using digital analytics and visualisation tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio or the Adobe Analytics stack

· Experience with SQL / Google Big Query would be preferred but not essential
