Company
A truly ‘digital first’ business, with PE backing and an ambition to deliver a digital led customer experience for all customers and guests.
Having scaled and grown at pace over the last two years across digital and data, there is further plans to increase headcount over the next few years – with this role being an integral part of that growth.
Team & People
You will be working with industry leading digital analytics expert who has experience across multiple industry sectors and a broad background in implementation, insights and digital campaign analytics.
You will be joining a small yet visible and influential team of Digital Analytics experts, supporting a wide range of Product Managers across 3 websites and 3 apps.
The manager has laid some excellent groundwork for the team over the last 2 years, completing overhauling the apps and websites and ripping out all the existing data sets to replace them with ones that work! So, everything is coherent and fit for purpose, meaning you can really kick on and focus on adding value.
You will also work to an AGILE methodology, as the demand for your output will be high as the business continues to go through a transformational change (migrating to all new platforms, software and tech) and continues to invest heavily into digital.
Another selling point is the Chief Commercial Officer – a highly respected leader with a hugely impressive and credible background and digital transformation and change.
Opportunity
We are looking for someone to add value from day one. You should have a heavy weighting toward insights, with skills in dashboarding, story telling and bringing insights to life in order to constantly improve customer experience and engagement across websites and apps, as well as commercial performance of both. Being a small team, you will also need to conduct and deliver ad hoc research projects to support your insights and explore opportunities and behaviours further, but this also provides HUGE opportunity for ownership, growth and development as they team will no doubt expand. So, we’re looking for someone with confidence, strong stakeholder management skills and a curiosity to get on and identify improvements to customer journey and engagement wherever they can through analysis.
Flexible working
Most people are expected to do 1-2 days a week, but it’s at your discretion and they an consider people on a fully remote basis too!
