Global Customer Analytics Manager

Location – Switzerland
CHF 160,000 – 195,000

This is a newly created role sitting in the newly formed Audience & Targeting team you and your team will lead and drive a customer-centric and data-driven approach to grow and engage the companies’ global audience with a unified customer experience.

You will continually be asking, what can we do better? How can we automate? Where can we scale?

Responsibilities

• Lead audience programmes to grow customer base and increase marketing effectiveness globally
• Use data to better understand customer behaviour, motivations and create targeted solutions
• Mentor and build the Data & Analytics team with varying skill set

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree/Masters/Ph.D computer science, information science, computer engineering, mathematics, statistics, qualitative behaviour science or related field.
• Relevant experience in customer analytics, data science
• Experience working globally across different regions
• Experience managing a team
• Extremely strong communication skills with experience working with senior stakeholders
• Good understanding of advanced analytics
• Familiar with programming languages such as R, SPSS etc
