Looking to speak with exceptional Growth Marketing Leads from Tech/SaaS scale-ups with experience in both B2C & B2B marketing

Your main focus will be to drive growth across 10+ different marketing to bring in new Business partners (B2B) and new customers to the marketplace (B2C)

You will be responsible for:

• Develop & execute The Growth strategy (both long & short term)
• Having a data-driven approach in defining the strategy and media mix
• Own, monitor and optimise the performance marketing strategy to drive growth across current & new Marketing channels (Affiliate, Programmatic, Paid Social & Paid Search)
• Manage a team of Channel experts
• Test & Optimise channels through A/B testing & ROI
• Identify areas for improvement in digital assets (website, landing page, automation flows)
• Provide hands-on optimisation of ad campaigns across all marketing channels (With an emphasis on LTV)

About you:

• A strong track record developing growth strategy via organic and paid strategy (Main focus on Web, SEM, Video, Affiliate, Referrals)
• Strong background in Demand/Lead Generation
• Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes
• Experience within a High Growth Tech/SaaS Scale-up is a big plus
• Experience working with million-dollar budgets
• Hands-on experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies (Affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels)
