Even before the dreaded Covid19 Pandemic, this start-up’s growth was increasing 20% MoM. Not only is their proposition incredibly worthwhile; providing ease and peace of mind to tens of thousands of consumers relying on prescription; but their culture is pretty hard to beat too.

With a growing team of people, this award-winning company are looking to take their online brand engagement to the next level, targeting both B2C and B2B audiences.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Digital Acquisition, you will be responsible for scaling the current (as well as identifying new ones) digital performance channels.

You will also:

· Help with engaging content and growth metrics that will put the brand even more on the map

· Develop, test and run paid acquisition activity – involving strategy, budgeting and optimisation on a daily basis

· Analysing and testing new channels and applying that framework to define objectives, whilst setting up A/B testing – where you’ll scale accordingly

· Work closely with the brand team to increase quality of the landing pages, brand partner listings and helping run paid creative.

Who are you?

· You’ll have at least 3 years hands on experience of running successful cross channel performance marketing campaigns targeting a range of consumers (some B2B exposure is also highly desirablehighly desirable) – ideally within in a start-up/high growth business

· Strong demonstration of ownership around paid and organic channels

· Highly analytical, where technical understanding delivers clear and defined insights that shape and maximise campaigns

· Strong experience in Excel

· A team player for sure… you can’t be shy of working with agility and a “roll your sleeves up” mentality.
