Optimisation Manager

OPTIMISATION MANAGER | LONDON | TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDER | £55,000

This client is a well-known and leading provider of telephone, internet and broadband services across the country. They have a reputation for being one of the most reliable companies in their industry with huge growth planned for the next few years.

Due to their growth, they are now seeking an optimisation manager to join their team working across their customer experience and existing customer aspects of their business. This role will focus around the full end to end delivery of projects taking responsibility for working closely with lead product managers across the marketing and UX teams as well as having a hands-on role in the testing and insight into new areas for improvement. You will get to fully own the optimisation space with plans to take control of the goals and targets set.

Requirements / You must have:

• Hands on experience with either Maxymiser/ Optimizelym
• Preferably experience having used Google analytics
• Have had success on full end to end projects including a hands-on role with the testing
• Be able to engage and work with stakeholders at various levels of the business
• Have had experience doing test for client-side roles
• Be well organised and methodical with great attention to details
• Strong A/B & MVT testing
• At least 2 years commercial experience
• Be enthusiastic about owning your own analytics space
• Build and deliver a roadmap from scratch
